Bespoke Istanbul plans itineraries and coordinates bookings with third-party guides, restaurants, drivers, and venues in and around Istanbul. We are a planning and concierge service, not a licensed tour operator selling packaged holidays, and we don't take commission from the partners we recommend.

A plan generated by the online planner is a draft, not a confirmed booking. Your concierge sends a transparent, itemised quote — separate from what any individual venue, guide, or driver charges — which you must approve before anything is booked. We do our best to secure the specific experiences in your plan, but availability at fully booked venues, weather-dependent activities (e.g. balloon flights), and seasonal demand are outside our control. Where something isn't available, your concierge will propose an alternative rather than leave the slot unfilled without explanation.

We coordinate bookings with independent third parties — we're not liable for their acts, omissions, or the quality of what they provide beyond using reasonable care in who we recommend.
