How it works
A plan, then a person.
Software gets you a fast first draft. A person makes sure it's actually right.
Tell us about your trip
A few minutes of questions — dates, who's coming, what you're into, how full you want your days. No account, no spam.
We build a first draft
Instantly, from what you told us — matched to your answers, not a generic list. A couple of slots are left open on purpose.
A person takes it from there
Your concierge reviews the draft, fills the open slots with what's actually good that week, and sends a transparent quote within 12 hours.
We handle every booking
Reservations, transfers, guides, entry tickets. You get a day-by-day plan and the contact details for the one person coordinating it.
On pricing
One transparent planning fee. No commission hidden inside someone else's price.
Most travel businesses make money by taking a cut of whatever they book for you — which quietly rewards them for recommending whoever pays the biggest commission, not whoever's actually good. We charge a single planning fee instead, shown in your quote before you commit to anything. What the restaurant, guide, or boat charges is exactly what you pay them.
Questions
Answers to what people actually ask.
Not in the traditional sense. We don't sell packaged tours or take commission from hotels. Think of us as a small local team that plans a handful of days properly and handles the bookings — closer to a concierge than an agency.
No. What a restaurant, guide, or boat charges is what you pay. Our fee is separate and shown upfront in the quote your concierge sends — never hidden inside someone else's price.
Tell your concierge. Every suggestion in your plan can be swapped before you arrive — that's what the human handoff is for. We'd rather adjust it than have you sit through something that isn't right.
Often, yes. Some of what we offer isn't really about timing — it's about a relationship with the room. That's usually the difference between an app that shows “fully booked” and a phone call that doesn't.
For most experiences, a week is plenty. For high-demand slots — proposal photography, specific boat charters, balloon flights in peak season — two to three weeks gives us more room to work with.
Message your concierge directly. Weather, energy levels, a flight delay — none of it is unusual, and your plan was never meant to be locked in.
